01.Who we are and what FrogSky does
FrogSky (“FrogSky,” “we,” “us”) operates the website at frogsky.com and any related subdomains, mobile experiences, and email products (together, the “Service”).
FrogSky is a travel comparison and meta-search service. We help travelers compare cheap bus and flight tickets across hundreds of airlines, bus carriers, and third-party travel partners. We do not sell tickets ourselves and we are not the airline, bus operator, online travel agency, payment processor, or insurer that actually fulfills your booking. When you click a result, you complete the purchase with the partner we send you to.
The Service is currently in active development. Some features are live (deal browsing, newsletter signup, price-watch alerts, partner banners), while others (full bus search, account dashboards, mobile apps) are still being built. We’ll mark experimental features clearly where we can.
By using the Service, you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”) and our Privacy Policy. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Service.
02.Who can use FrogSky
You may use the Service if you are at least 13 years old (or the minimum digital-consent age in your country, whichever is higher). If you are between 13 and 18 (or the local age of majority), you confirm that a parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf.
You must also be legally permitted to use the Service in your country. We may restrict access from jurisdictions where we don’t operate, can’t comply with sanctions rules, or where bus/flight comparison services are regulated in a way we haven’t cleared.
FrogSky is currently localized for travelers in the United States, Mexico, and Australia, with English, Turkish, and Spanish (Latin America) interfaces. The Service may be available in other regions, but localization, partner coverage, and customer support languages may be limited.
03.Accounts, sign-up, and security
You can use most of FrogSky without an account. Some features — saving searches, managing price-watch alerts, accessing personalized deal feeds, or using future booking history — require you to create an account with an email and password (or via a magic-link sign-in flow if we offer one).
You agree to:
- provide accurate, current information when you sign up;
- keep your password confidential and not share your account with anyone;
- notify us promptly at hello@frogsky.com if you suspect unauthorized access; and
- be responsible for all activity under your account.
We use security tooling, including bot-mitigation challenges (such as Cloudflare Turnstile), to protect sign-in flows and admin areas. You agree not to circumvent these.
You can delete your account at any time by emailing hello@frogsky.com. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we reasonably suspect are involved in fraud, scraping, or abuse.
04.How search results, deals, and prices work
We pull fares, schedules, and inventory from a mix of sources: direct supplier feeds, our travel partners (such as Kiwi.com via the Awin affiliate network and other aggregators), and licensed data providers. We then filter, rank, and display results in a way we think is useful to travelers.
What our ranking is based on
By default, we sort results by a blend of:
- total price (including fees and baggage where supplier data lets us);
- trip duration and number of stops or transfers;
- departure and arrival times;
- partner reliability and reported booking-completion rate; and
- in some cases, the partner’s availability and our commercial relationship — see Commercial relationships below.
We try hard to show the total price — not a teaser fare. But fares change in real time, and the partner’s checkout page is always the source of truth. Always confirm the final price, baggage rules, and cancellation policy on the partner site before paying.
Stale or incorrect results
Despite our best efforts, results can be inaccurate, stale, or unavailable by the time you click through. That’s a normal feature of meta-search. We don’t guarantee that any listed price, schedule, or seat will still be available, and we don’t honor prices shown on FrogSky if the partner’s site shows something different at checkout.
05.Bookings happen with our partners, not FrogSky
When you click a result, you are sent to a third-party partner (an airline, bus carrier, online travel agency, or aggregator such as Kiwi.com) to complete your booking. From that point on:
- The partner’s terms apply to your booking, payment, ticket delivery, changes, refunds, baggage, schedule changes, and cancellations.
- Your contract is with the partner (and ultimately the carrier), not with FrogSky.
- FrogSky doesn’t process your payment and never receives your credit-card details, government IDs, or passenger documents through our site.
If something goes wrong with a booking — missed flight, cancellation, refund delay, double charge — please contact the partner first. If you can’t resolve it, write to us at hello@frogsky.com and we’ll do our best to escalate, but our ability to fix it is limited because we don’t hold your booking record.
06.Commercial relationships and affiliate links
FrogSky is supported by affiliate commissions and on-page partner banners. We participate in affiliate programs, including but not limited to the Awin affiliate network, with partners such as Kiwi.com and Booking.com (LATAM regions). When you click certain links or banners and complete a qualifying booking on the partner’s site, FrogSky may earn a commission at no extra cost to you.
Some banners and ad units are clearly labeled as “Sponsored,” “Ad,” or “Partner.” Where a result is influenced by a commercial relationship beyond our default ranking signals, we will indicate that on the result.
Commissions never change the price you pay. Your total fare is set by the partner and the carrier, not by us.
08.Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- scrape, mirror, or systematically copy the Service or its content without our written permission, including via automated tools, headless browsers, or unofficial APIs;
- interfere with the Service, our partners’ systems, or our security (including bot-mitigation challenges, rate limits, and abuse protections);
- use the Service to make fraudulent, speculative, or duplicative bookings, or to test stolen payment methods on partner sites;
- attempt to reverse-engineer or derive the source of any FrogSky software (other than portions we open-source);
- misrepresent your identity or use the Service in violation of export controls, sanctions, or other laws; or
- use the Service to harass, defame, or send unsolicited messages to other users or to FrogSky staff.
We may rate-limit, restrict, or terminate access if we reasonably believe you’re violating these rules.
09.Content you submit
If you submit feedback, reviews, support messages, blog comments, or other content (“User Content”), you grant FrogSky a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable license to host, store, reproduce, modify (for formatting and translation), publish, and use the User Content to operate and improve the Service.
You confirm you have the rights to submit the content and that it does not violate any law or third-party right. We may remove User Content at our discretion, especially if it’s spam, illegal, or harmful.
10.Our intellectual property
The FrogSky brand — including the name, logo (the green “Frog” + aubergine “Sky” wordmark and the frog mascot), product copy, design system, editorial content, and software — is owned by FrogSky or licensed to us. You may not use our trademarks or copy substantial portions of our content without written permission.
Carrier names, route data, airport codes, and partner trademarks belong to their respective owners and are used for informational and comparison purposes.
11.Beta and experimental features
We may label features as “beta,” “preview,” “coming soon,” or run A/B experiments without labeling each variant. These features are provided as-is and may change, break, or be removed at any time. Pricing, inventory, and behavior in beta features may not match production.
The Service itself is in active development. Routes, copy, partner integrations, and pages may change between visits. We’ll do our best to communicate breaking changes (e.g. retiring a price-watch alert format) by email or on-site notice.
12.Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, FrogSky disclaims all warranties — express, implied, statutory, or otherwise — including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, and uninterrupted operation.
We don’t warrant that:
- any fare, schedule, or inventory shown on FrogSky is accurate or available;
- the Service will be available without errors, downtime, or data loss;
- price-watch alerts will be timely, complete, or correct;
- any partner will honor a fare, schedule, or refund policy that we display;
- any travel destination is safe, lawful, or reachable on a given date.
You are responsible for checking visa, passport, vaccination, customs, baggage, and other travel requirements with the carrier and the relevant government authorities.
13.Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, FrogSky and its officers, employees, contractors, and partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost data, goodwill, missed connections, alternative-travel costs, accommodation costs, or reputational harm, even if we’ve been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of (a) USD 100 or (b) the amount FrogSky received in commission from your bookings during the 12 months preceding the claim.
Some jurisdictions don’t allow some of these exclusions or limits. In those places, our liability is limited to the smallest amount permitted by law.
14.Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless FrogSky, its affiliates, and personnel from any claim, loss, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the Service, your violation of these Terms, your User Content, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
15.Changes to the Service or these Terms
We may add, remove, or change features at any time. We may update these Terms when our product, partners, or laws change. When we do:
- we’ll update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page;
- for material changes, we’ll give reasonable advance notice on-site or by email (where we have your address); and
- your continued use of the Service after the update means you accept the revised Terms. If you don’t accept them, please stop using the Service and, if you have an account, ask us to delete it.
16.Suspension and termination
You can stop using the Service at any time and ask us to delete your account. We may suspend or terminate your access — with or without notice — if we reasonably believe you’ve violated these Terms, are putting the Service or its users at risk, or are engaged in fraud or abuse.
Sections that by their nature should survive termination — including ownership, disclaimers, liability limits, indemnity, and dispute resolution — will survive.
17.Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules, and any dispute arising out of or relating to the Service will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware. You and FrogSky each consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, the United Kingdom, Türkiye, Australia, or another jurisdiction whose consumer-protection laws give you the right to bring a claim in your home courts, nothing in this section limits that right.
We’d much rather resolve issues directly. Email hello@frogsky.com first — most disputes are actually billing or booking confusion that we can untangle in a single thread.
18.Miscellaneous
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any in-product notices, are the entire agreement between you and FrogSky about the Service. If any part is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. Our failure to enforce a right isn’t a waiver of that right. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them as part of a corporate transaction.
We may send notices by email, by posting in the Service, or by any other reasonable method. For legal notices to FrogSky, please email hello@frogsky.com.
