By accessing and using FrogSky's website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service. These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement between you and FrogSky.

FrogSky provides a platform for searching and booking flights. By using our service, you agree to:

  • Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
  • Not use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
  • Not interfere with or disrupt the service or servers

3. Booking and Payment

3.1 Booking Process: When you make a booking through FrogSky, you are making an offer to purchase travel services. Your booking is confirmed only when you receive a confirmation email from us.

3.2 Pricing: All prices are displayed in the currency specified at the time of booking. Prices include applicable taxes and fees unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors.

3.3 Payment: Payment must be made in full at the time of booking using one of our accepted payment methods. We use secure payment processing services to protect your financial information.

3.4 Booking Modifications: Changes to bookings may be subject to airline policies and additional fees. Contact our customer service for assistance with modifications.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

4.1 Cancellation Policy: Cancellation policies vary by airline and fare type. Non-refundable tickets cannot be cancelled for a refund. Refundable tickets may be cancelled subject to the airline's terms and conditions.

4.2 Refund Processing: If you are eligible for a refund, it will be processed within 7-14 business days to the original payment method. Refund amounts are subject to airline policies and may include cancellation fees.

4.3 Service Fees: FrogSky service fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated or required by law.

5. Travel Documents and Requirements

You are responsible for ensuring you have all necessary travel documents:

  • Valid passport with at least 6 months validity from travel date
  • Appropriate visas for your destination countries
  • Health certificates or vaccination records if required
  • Any other documents required by airlines or destination countries

FrogSky is not responsible for any issues arising from invalid or missing travel documents.

6. Limitation of Liability

FrogSky acts as an intermediary between you and travel service providers. We are not liable for:

  • Flight delays, cancellations, or schedule changes by airlines
  • Lost, damaged, or delayed baggage
  • Personal injury or property damage during travel
  • Acts of God, natural disasters, or force majeure events
  • Changes in government regulations or travel restrictions
  • Third-party service provider failures or errors

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the booking.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the FrogSky website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of FrogSky or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content without our express written permission.

8. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access our services
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Upload viruses or malicious code
  • Harass, abuse, or harm other users
  • Impersonate any person or entity
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Engage in fraudulent activities

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall be resolved in the courts of San Francisco, California.
